As Co-Founder of People Haus, my efforts are dedicated to pioneering innovative human-centric learning based solutions for both individuals and organizations. Currently holding an MSc degree from Università degli Studi di Padova, I harness my specialization in Clinical, Social, and Intercultural Psychology to navigate the complex terrain of organizational behavior and individual psychology. Collaborated with over 300 organizations worldwide (more than 60 countries) to enhance both soft and hard skills in diverse settings using gamification, experiential learning, and new learning technologies. Our work at People Haus is underscored by a commitment to employee experience, where I leverage my experience in learning ecosystem design and JEDI.
