Mentor Coaching

Mentor Coaching is a structured development process conducted with mentor coaches to help coaching candidates strengthen their coaching approach, evaluate their session practices, and develop their coaching competencies to international standards. This process supports the coach's professional journey by encompassing guidance, evaluation, and competency deepening.

ICF Standartlarına göre mentor koçluk yapacak kişinin:

• Geçerli bir ICF koçluk ünvanına (ACC, PCC veya MCC) sahip olması gerekir.
• Mentor koçun ünvan seviyesi, mentinin başvurmayı hedeflediği ICF ünvanına eşit veya daha yüksek olmalıdır:
  • ACC adayının mentor koçu → ACC / PCC / MCC koç
  • PCC adayının mentor koçu → PCC / MCC koç
  • MCC adayının mentor koçu → yalnızca MCC koç
• ACC adaylarıyla çalışan ACC seviyesindeki mentor koçların, ACC ünvanlarını en az bir kez yenilemiş olması gerekir.
• ICF Etik kurallarına ve temel koçluk yetkinliklerine hakim olması beklenir.
